Treadmill Training Run - Friday, May 21

It could have been worse. Like usual, it was hot and stuffy in the gym. My iPod quit working... AGAIN??? Clearly the newer shuffles are not actually meant to be used while exercising, this is my THIRD one to fail since early February. I had to finish out my run with my iPhone - which doesn't have my gym mix on it.  Sigh.

    I just replaced Alex's ipod from ebay - seems to be working great. Another Little Green in the family. 3rd gen can kiss my butt.
