Week in Review (April 28 - May 4)

Tuesday (10,392 steps) - Olive walk before going to work. Went to the gym at lunch. Did a full body workout and my ankle was feeling pretty good overall until I did lunges - that didn't feel great! Also walked on the treadmill a bit. Olive walk when I got home. Good Wife.
Wednesday (13,115 steps) - Olive walk before going to work. Had a lunch meeting and they catered in Qdoba, which is always delicious.
After work I headed up to Boulder for run club since Topo was going to be there. I did demo the Phantom 4, which was... fine. First real run since Wales and thankfully my ankle felt ok. Temps were cool with light rain, but thankfully nothing like what Wales was like!
Ben ordered in Pho for dinner, which was delicious. Good Wife.
Thursday (11,643 steps) - Work from home. Olive brought a rabbit leg to the back door after I let her out, which was... new.
Did a ride on the Peloton and used the rower. Took Olive for a long walk at lunch, sticking to the sidewalks since we have actually been having some rain. Full body strength workout. Met Ben at Torchy's for dinner and took Olive for another walk when we got home. Good Wife.
Friday (14,735 steps) - Olive walk before going to work. Erica sent me a text and said she wanted to join for our lunch walk, which was nice!
A really busy day at work that just flew by. After work I dropped Olive off at home and met Ben at 4 Noses for happy hour. Took Olive for a walk when I got home and Ben ordered in Panda for dinner. Good Wife.
Saturday (22,364 steps) - Took Olive for a walk while Ben went to Dutch Bros. to pick up coffee. We were still deciding where we should go for our run so we were getting some stuff done around the house. Finally figured we would stick close to the house and run at Rock Creek.
Longest run in a bit (versus our normal "adventure days") and it went REALLY well and was quite enjoyable. 
Ben got me a smoothie at Ziggi's and we picked up Olive to join us at 4 Noses. When we got home for good, I took Olive for a walk and she bamboozled me into a longer walk to the lake.
She was absolutely filthy after getting in the water so she also had to have a bath. Poor Olive!
For a surprise, Ben got us sushi for dinner. YUM!!!

Sunday (11,166 steps) - Lazy morning and another trip to Dutch Bros. Up to Boulder for a reverse loop of what we did last week - hoping to NOT have rain this time (which we didn't). 



We even got some running in! Rails End for a bit and then home to rest and relax - which included a nap. Good Wife.
Monday (22,842 steps) - Yay for Monday. Woke up before my alarm so I took Olive for a long walk before logging in for the morning. Met Ariel at Ziggi's for a coffee break. Decided to head out for my run early in hopes of missing the incoming weather.
Actually another good run and I didn't get rained on. Took Olive for walk mid afternoon after a quick rain storm. Did a delivery before meeting Ben at Costco for grocery shopping. Pizza for dinner and watched the Cocodona livestream for a bit before more Good Wife.
