Day 4 - Tiergarten Run, Berlin Aquarium & Zoo

Thanks to our adventures the day before, we knew where we wanted to run. After breakfast we took the bus back to Tiergarten for a run. I had looked at some maps and figured that a loop around the whole thing would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 miles. We were taking it very easy, pace wise, but it didn't FEEL that easy. We took a bunch of pictures and managed to not get lost. We also managed to NOT go all the way around the whole park, but we still got in 4ish miles.

 

We went back to the hotel to shower, and stopped to get food.

We didn't have much planned for the day, but I gave A the choice of what to do, and she picked the aquarium and the zoo. We had a great time doing both.

The poor penguins were sharing their space with this super mean swan that kept biting them!!

We stopped at an Irish pub for a drink - black & tan for the win!

On our way back to the hotel, we finally had the chance to ride on one of the double decker buses, something A has wanted to do for a while, and we never had the opportunity to do before.
