My Mojo is Back!!

In order to complete this workout, I was going to have to go to the gym EARLY. Normally we have about 80-90 minutes of workout time because the daycare closes at 8:00. So to extend my workout time, I had to get my running in BEFORE dinner. Arrived just after 4:30, dropped the kids off, hopped on the treadmill.

MY MOJO MUST BE BACK!!! This was NOT the worst run ever!!

Goal pace - 10:42
Actual pace - 10:40
Total miles - 10.02 in 1:47:00

AWESOME!!

    2. love the new layout. do you use 'paint.net' program for your header photo collage? I orginally had one like that, but I forgot how to do the program so now I'm stuck with what is currently up.
