My Mojo is Back!!
RLRF (MP, WK7, KR2)
In order to complete this workout, I was going to have to go to the gym EARLY. Normally we have about 80-90 minutes of workout time because the daycare closes at 8:00. So to extend my workout time, I had to get my running in BEFORE dinner. Arrived just after 4:30, dropped the kids off, hopped on the treadmill.
