Twofer Tuesday
What have I been up to the last week?
1. HILLS, HILLS, HILLS
I still can't say that I like hills. However, I can honestly tell the difference in how I approach hills NOW than I did three months ago before I trained them. So I suppose it is worth it. Besides. It almost feels like cheating now if I don't have incline.
