I'll leave you with just a quick update - the hip is much better. I've gone to a few follow-up ART and needling sessions. That, combined with no running, has helped. Hope to be back at running soon.
For a final (non race specific) picture - a group of my favorite run club buddies.
I love your race recaps!! Ever since I moved to Denver, they have been invaluable in choosing races. Thanks and best of luck in all your endeavors!
ReplyDeleteGlad they have been helpful to you!
DeleteAh, not you, too!
ReplyDelete;-)
I get it, though - the blogging days are definitely winding down. Will miss your check-ins, though!
Bummer. I always enjoyed reading your updates.
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty much the point I've reached. I only seem to post race recaps. It wasn't intentional, it just seems like the only thing worth sharing anymore. The whole runner/blogger world has changed since I first started. So many people have stopped. Whatever you're doing in your non-blogging life, enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI so get it, but I will miss your blog. It's one of the few that I still actually read. I'll look forward to your race recaps!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment! I may still do some sort of "monthly" recap or something. We shall see!
DeleteI always love your race recaps and find them super helpful. :) I haven't been on the blog much lately either, so we'll see what happens! Best of luck with continued recovery!
ReplyDeleteBlogging is just a lot of work, I get your decision, I barely blog these days myself. Glad your hip is feeling better.
ReplyDeleteBummer! I get it but I really enjoyed reading you as well.
ReplyDeletelol just this morning I was thinking about reviving a blog, and then I see this.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all of the time and effort you've put into the blog. I've loved following it and will continue checking in for the recaps. Best wishes for your "real" life endeavors.
