Ultra Ridiculous!
Be prepared to hear about practically nothing but the Moab 100 until... probably April. It has taken over my life! I thought I would share an update of my training. When I first registered, I got a training plan from my hero, Fast Cory, and posted it here. This is what it looks like with almost all the runs completed (all that is left are the days in black):
Interestingly, I am one week into taper, and obviously running WAY less. I am down three pounds to the lowest weight of my entire training cycle. I am actually really enjoying my taper! I can sleep in until 8 am every day!
